We are also available online at BestRateLending.com with the same service and the convenience of the internet. Rather you are buying or refinancing a home we can provide personal service through our office or online.

We have a team of mortgage brokers and support staff with over 30 years of experience to guide you through the loan process. In this ever changing environment, we stay updated with all laws, regulations and products to ensure we can provide you with a program that will be the best fit for you. Management Team:

Vivian Chan, President

Vivian is a head of business operations and oversees California Consumer Lending’s online business. She has a Master degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California. She has extensive experience in mortgage industry and prides herself in understanding the entire loan process from loan products to underwriting.

 

Vicki Yue, Vice President

Vicki is a Vice President/Chief Underwriting Manager. She is a licensed underwriter. She has extensive experience in operations, real estate acquisitions and budgeting. She works closely with our lending partners and regulators to ensure we are up to date in all areas of our business.
